Little Nachman – Part 18
When Shimon came home with his new toy, his mother asked, "Where did you get that gift from?"
"Nachman and his mother gave it to me as a present; I told them that they didn’t have to, but they insisted and said that it would make them very happy if I would accept the gift. I didn’t want to hurt their feelings by refusing their act of kindness. I wanted to make them feel happy, so I thanked them very much and accepted the gift."
"Thank You, Hashem," said Shimon’s mother. "Thank You for giving my son such a wonderful friend with such a kind, generous, and sensitive heart. Thank You for enabling my son to spend his time with a truly righteous friend."
"Thank You for giving my son such a wonderful friend…"
To be continued, G-d willing.
